Bangkok's Chatuchak Weekend Night Market Makes Its Way To Singapore!

Worried about travelling overseas because of the Coronavirus Covid-19? Fret not, because Bangkok’s famous Chatuchak Night Market has arrived on our shores! Here to stay till 3rd May, the event will see over 200 vendors - some even being flown in from the original venue on a rotation basis. The market is being held at The Grandstand and is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 4.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

Visitors will get to savour authentic Thai street food such as Thai milk tea, mango sticky rice, sweet potato cake, baby octopus and even the delicious pad thai. The venue also boasts three seating areas where you can enjoy your food and take a breather. If you are in the mood for shopping, there are plenty of retail stores around that sell clothes, accessories, beauty products and handmade artefacts.

For those who are looking for something different than your usual night markets, you can check out Spice Wines’ pop-up booth at Stall F132 to sample alcohol-free wines. This is the company’s first-ever event to display their range of non-alcoholic red and white wine. Learn more about how the wines go through the dealcoholization process while retaining the smell and taste of regular wine.
